How do I download it?
To download the app, search for ‘Mobizio’ or ‘Access Care Planning’ in the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iPhone).
Once downloaded, open the app and share the long number at the top with your Coordinator via email. They’ll register your device, provide your login details, and grant access to the system.
