At TrustBridge Care, dignity and respect are not just words – they are the foundation of everything we do. Our commitment to compassionate care ensures that every individual is treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and understanding. In light of it being Dignity Action Month, we have established the 12 Point Gold Standard, outlining the rights and expectations of those who access our services.
Our 12 Point Gold Standard
- You Will Be Treated as an Individual
We believe in personalized care tailored to your needs. Every person is unique, and our approach reflects that by preserving your identity and individuality.

Respect is at the core of our values. Our staff will treat you with the same dignity and care they would expect for themselves or their loved ones.
- You Will Be Given Information to Make Informed Choices

- Your Voice Will Be Heard
Your needs, wants, and preferences matter. We listen carefully to ensure your care is aligned with your wishes.
- You Will Be Treated as a Whole Person
Your care plan considers both your mental and physical health, as well as your overall well-being, living conditions, and support network.
- You Will Maintain Control of Your Life and Health
We support your independence and self-confidence, helping you take proactive steps toward better health and well-being.
- Your Privacy Will Be Respected
From personal space to cultural and religious considerations, we ensure that your privacy and dignity are upheld at all times.

We recognize the importance of family and caregivers in your care journey and include them with your permission.
- You Will Receive Support to Access Services
We are committed to ensuring accessibility for everyone, making reasonable adjustments for those with disabilities and communication difficulties.
