Role Overview:
As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our caregiving team, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. You will inspire, mentor and motivate your team while promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of caregivers, providing guidance and training.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and families.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all care standards, regulations, and policies.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for both clients and team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, families and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the care sector is preferred.
- Strong understanding of domiciliary care practices and standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate nature with a passion for enhancing the quality of life for others.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle is required.
