We are delighted to share that TrustBridge is getting ready to open its doors to our new Adult Day Centre.
A place to feel at home
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to stay connected, meet new people and enjoy being part of a community. Our Day Centre is designed to be a warm and supportive space where adults can feel comfortable, included and free to enjoy their time. From creative activities and music to games, conversation or simply sharing a cup of tea, each day will offer something to look forward to.
Because sometimes, it’s the small moments that make a day memorable.
A friendly smile.
A shared joke.
A new friendship.
The excitement of trying something for the first time.
Or simply knowing that there is somewhere you look forward to going.
More than keeping busy – it is about living well
At TrustBridge Day Centre, we believe a meaningful day is about much more than having something to do.

- About choice and enjoyment.
Our activities will be shaped around the people who attend, giving everyone the opportunity to take part in things they enjoy and perhaps even surprise themselves by trying something completely new.
We are looking forward to offering a variety of activities, including:
- Arts, crafts and creative activities
- Music and entertainment
- Games, quizzes and social activities
- Coffee, conversation and plenty of laughs
- Gentle movement and wellbeing activities
- Celebrations and special occasions
- Community activities and outings, where appropriate
And we do not want to decide everything for the people who come through our doors.

Because we believe the best day centre is one where people feel that they are part of the community, not just simply attending it.
A place for families and carers too
We understand that choosing a day service for yourself or someone you love is a big decision. Families and carers want reassurance that their loved one will be treated with dignity, kindness and respect, while having the opportunity to socialise, enjoy activities and build meaningful relationships. This is why we want to work closely with individuals, families, carers and wider support networks to understand what matters to each person.
Everyone has their own story, personality, interests and preferences and we want those things to be celebrated.

Opening our Day Centre marks an exciting new chapter for TrustBridge Care.
It is another step in our commitment to supporting people to stay connected, remain engaged and enjoy life within their community.
While we are busy getting everything ready, we are already looking forward to the people who will make the centre what it is – the conversations, the laughter, the friendships, the stories and all those little moments that happen along the way.
