To celebrate this incredible first year, we hosted a company-wide team meeting with one simple but heartfelt goal: to bring our amazing carers together, share the journey of TrustBridge so far, and most importantly, say thank you.

During the meeting, we gave our carers a deeper look into the background of the business — where we started, how far we’ve come and the values that guide us. We shared insights into the various parts of the business, helping everyone feel connected to the broader picture of what we’re building together.
